Exhibiting at Wolverton

How to Register Your Interest

Exhibitors
Bookings will open to new exhibitors on 1st March.
Trade pitches are for both days only, from 10am-5pm. Each exhibitor booking includes two admission tickets, with the option to purchase additional tickets at a discounted weekend rate.
All bookings are accepted at the discretion of the Wolverton Fair Committee. We’re all about garden, craft, and food, so bookings are only accepted in these categories.

If you’re new to the fair, in the first instance please send us a bit more about what you do to over email to wolvertongardenfair@hotmail.com - We’d love to see photos of your products or stall, plus any website or social media links.

When bookings open to public in March, you will be sent a link to an online application form to complete. All applications are reviewed by the committee and applicants will be confirmed by email.
Invoices will be issued in June, and exhibitor packs will be sent out in early August. Our press partners will also be in touch in July regarding advertising opportunities in the event supplement.

Activities, Displays, or Demonstrations
We welcome applications from individuals, groups, and organisations offering activities, displays, or demonstrations that complement the fair’s themes of gardening, craft, heritage, and family enjoyment. This may include hands-on activities, demonstrations, talks, or interactive displays suitable for a wide audience. If you are interested in taking part, please email wolvertongardenfair@hotmail.com with details of your proposal - we’d love to hear from you!

CATERING
Catering bookings are by invitation only and are managed separately from exhibitor applications. If you would like to be considered, please email wolvertongardenfair@hotmail.com with photographs of your products, sample menus, and images of your stand setup.

Charity Exhibitors
As this is a charity event supporting The Isle of Wight Foodbank, we do not accept awareness-only stands. We invite applications only from charities that align with the fair’s themes of craft, gardenalia, and family activities. This includes charities that sell relevant items through a trading arm or can offer a family-friendly activity in the Children’s Country & Moat Field. If this applies to you, please get in touch and we will send you an application form.

Contact
Please do not contact Wolverton Manor or The Isle of Wight Foodbank, as they are charity beneficiaries only and cannot assist with enquiries. For all fair communications please email wolvertongardenfair@hotmail.com.

Sponsorship
We welcome all sponsorship enquiries. If you would like to discuss opportunities further, please email wolvertongardenfair@hotmail.com
